Definitions for division

128 Definitions for division

In this division—

"prescribed person" means—

(a) in relation to a government magazine—
(i) the manager of the government magazine; or
(ii) an inspector; or
(b) in relation to a storage facility—the holder of the relevant authority.

"relevant authority" means—
(a) a licence to store explosives; or
(b) a permit to store explosives.
