GEOTHERMAL ENERGY REGULATION 2022 - REG 22

22 Well completion report

(1) A geothermal tenure holder must, within 12 months after the rig release day for a geothermal well in the area of the tenure, give the chief executive a report about the completion of the well (a
"well completion report" ) containing the information stated in schedule 1 , section 2 .

(2) If the geothermal well is plugged and abandoned on or before the rig release day for the well, the well completion report must be accompanied by a well abandonment report for the well.
