27 Fluid samples

(1) This section applies if the holder of a GHG tenure recovers a sample (a
"fluid sample" ) of liquid petroleum from a GHG well under the tenure and the sample is more than 10L.

(2) The holder must keep the fluid sample.

(3) The fluid sample given to the chief executive under section 259 (1) of the Act must be given in a labelled glass bottle that is teflon-sealed with a screw-top that states—

(a) the identifying name of the well; and

(b) the depth in metres of the top and bottom of the interval from which the sample was recovered; and

(c) the day on which the sample was recovered; and

(d) the method by which the sample was recovered.
