314 Implementation of particular local government changes

(1) This section applies to a local government change mentioned in schedule 3, part 1 of the repealed Operations Regulation if, immediately before the commencement, the implementation of the local government change has not been finalised.

(2) Schedule 3, part 2 of the repealed Operations Regulation continues to apply in relation to the local government change until the implementation of the change has been finalised despite the repeal of those provisions under this regulation.

(3) In this section—

"repealed Operations Regulation" means the repealed Local Government (Operations) Regulation 2010.
