39 Prescribed business activities—Act, s 47

(1) A business activity is prescribed for section 47 (7) of the Act for a financial year if the amount of current expenditure for the business activity for the previous financial year is $340,000 or more.

(2) The amount of
"current expenditure" for a business activity for a financial year is the total of the following amounts spent in conducting the activity for the year—

(a) operational costs;

(b) administrative and overhead costs;

(c) cost of resources;

(d) depreciation.
