6B Meaning of occupational licence—Act, sch 2, definition occupational licence

For schedule 2 of the Act , definition
"occupational licence" , paragraph (a) , the following Acts are prescribed—

(a) the Plumbing and Drainage Act 2018 ;

(b) the Petroleum and Gas (Production and Safety) Act 2004 , to the extent it applies to gas work as defined under that Act;

(c) the Medicines and Poisons Act 2019 , to the extent it applies to a pest control activity as defined under that Act.
