204 Refund of criminal history fees for training program approval

(1) This section applies if—

(a) an applicant for a training program approval has paid the criminal history fee for a number of persons (the
"proposed number" ); and

(b) the chief executive or the general manager asks the commissioner of the police service for a criminal history check for a smaller number of persons (the
"actual number" ) than the proposed number.

(2) The criminal history fee for the difference between the proposed number and the actual number must be refunded to the applicant.
