31 Making pre-licence driver training records

Within 1 day of giving pre-licence driver training, a driver trainer must make a written record (a
"pre-licence driver training record" ) of the training that includes the following particulars—

(a) the name and address of the learner to whom the training was given;

(b) the date, time and duration of the training;

(c) the registration number of the motor vehicle in which the training was given.

Penalty—

Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
