Time for notice of intention to defend
137 Time for notice of intention to defend
(1) In a proceeding started by a
claim, a notice of intention to defend must be filed within 28 days after the
day the claim is served.
(2) However, if the
Service and Execution of Process Act 1992 (Cwlth) applies, a notice of
intention to defend must be filed within the time limited by that Act.
