Transfer of proceedings
57 Transfer of proceedings
(1) If the court makes an order transferring a proceeding to another court,
the registrar must send to the court to which the proceeding is transferred
all documents filed and orders made in the proceeding, unless the court orders
otherwise.
(2) If a proceeding is transferred to the court from another
court, the registrar must give it a number.
(3) An order transferring a
proceeding to another court under section 5 of the cross-vesting laws may be
made only by the court constituted by a judge.
