(1) A document to be filed, other than a document in electronic form, may be—(a) delivered to the registry personally; or(b) sent to the registry by post.
(2) A practice direction may require a particular class of document to be delivered to the registry personally.
(3) A document may be electronically filed if the electronic filing of the document, or documents of that class, is approved by the principal registrar of the court in which the document is to be filed.Note—For additional requirements for electronically filing a document that is sworn or affirmed, see rule 975C .
