WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATION 2011 - REG 239
Storage of amusement devices
239 Storage of amusement devices
(1) The person with management or control
of an amusement device at a workplace must ensure that the device is stored so
as to be without risk to health and safety. Penalty— Maximum
penalty—36 penalty units.
(2) The person with management or control of an
amusement device at a workplace must ensure that a person who stores the
device is a competent person or is under the supervision of a competent
person. Penalty— Maximum penalty—36 penalty units.
