Queensland Consolidated Regulations Queensland Consolidated RegulationsA person conducting a business or undertaking who gives the regulator a notice under this part must, for a period of 5 years beginning on the day the notice is given to the regulator—
(a) keep a copy of the notice; and
(b) ensure that a copy of the notice is readily accessible; and
(c) allow a person to access a copy of the notice upon request.
Penalty—Maximum penalty—36 penalty units.
