530 This chapter does not apply to particular facilities
(1) This chapter
does not apply in relation to a facility regulated by the National Offshore
Petroleum Safety and Environmental Management Authority under the
Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage Act 2006 (Cwlth) .
(2) This
chapter does not apply in relation to a facility that is a magazine under the
Explosives Act 1999 at which no processing activity involving dangerous goods,
including explosives, is carried out.
