Applications for class B asbestos removal licence
786A Applications for class B asbestos removal licence
(1) This section
applies if an application for a class B asbestos removal licence has not been
decided immediately before the commencement of this section.
(2) The
regulation as in force immediately before the commencement continues to apply
for the application as if the Work Health and Safety and Another Regulation
Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2014 had not been made.
