83A Declaration of SEQ bulk suppliers—Act, s 360C, definition SEQ bulk supplier

For section 360C of the Act , definition
"SEQ bulk supplier" , paragraph (b) , the Central SEQ Distributor-Retailer Authority, established under the South-East Queensland Water (Distribution and Retail Restructuring) Act 2009 , section 8 , is declared to be an SEQ bulk supplier for chapter 2A , part 3 of the Act .
