73 Amendment of s 66A (Protection of officials from liability)

(1) Section 66A, heading, after ‘from’—
insert—
criminal

(2) Section 66A(2), definition
"official" —
omit, insert—

"official" means any of the following persons—

(a) the convenor;

(b) the director;

(c) an inspector;

(d) a public service employee assisting a person mentioned in paragraph (c).
