29 Meaning of reporting entity

A
"reporting entity" is an entity—

(a) that cares for, supervises or exercises authority over children, whether as a primary function or otherwise; and

(b) that is either—

(i) mentioned in schedule 2 ; or

(ii) prescribed by regulation.
