Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) At the hearing, the relevant teacher may be accompanied by a lawyer or another person and has the right to be represented by the lawyer or other person.
(2) Any of the following persons may appear at the hearing to present evidence to, or help, the committee--
(a) a lawyer;
(b) a member of the board;
(c) a member of the office's staff.
(3) Also, if the matter originated from a complaint, the complainant may attend the hearing.
(4) Subsection (3) applies even if all or part of the hearing is closed to the public, but is subject to section 139.
