Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) This section applies if any of the following persons are to give evidence at the hearing--
(a) if the matter relates to a complaint--the complainant;
(b) a witness.
(2) The committee may direct that the person be excluded from a part or all of the hearing until the person gives evidence, if the committee reasonably believes the person's attendance before giving evidence would seriously prejudice the fairness of the hearing.
