Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) As soon as practicable after finishing the hearing, the committee must decide whether a ground for disciplinary action against the relevant teacher has been established.
(2) In making its decision, the committee must have regard to any relevant previous decision by a disciplinary committee of which the committee is aware.
(3) Subsection (2) does not limit the matters the committee may consider in making its decision.
