HUMAN RIGHTS ACT 2019 - SECT 107
Act does not affect native title rights and interests
(1) Nothing in this Act affects native title rights and interests otherwise
than in accordance with the Native Title Act 1993 (Cwlth) .
(2) A provision
of this Act must be interpreted and applied in a way that does not prejudice
native title rights and interests to the extent the rights and interests are
recognised and protected under the Native Title Act 1993 (Cwlth) .
(3) In
this section—
"affects" , in relation to native title rights and interests, see the
Native Title Act 1993 (Cwlth) , section 227 .
"native title rights and interests" see the Native Title Act 1993 (Cwlth) ,
section 223 .
