Commissioner may conduct conciliation conference

79 Commissioner may conduct conciliation conference

If the commissioner decides to accept a human rights complaint for resolution by the commission, the commissioner may conduct a conference (a
"conciliation conference" ) under this subdivision for the purpose of conciliating the complaint.
