36 Amendment of s 50 (Vacation of office by trustee)

(1) Section 50(2)--

renumber as section 50(3).

(2) Section 50--

insert--

'(2) The vacation of office of a trustee must be registered.'.

(3) Section 50(3) as renumbered, after 'appoint'--

insert--

', under section 44,'.
