37 Amendment of s 51 (Removal of trustees)

(1) Section 51(2)--

renumber as section 51(3).

(2) Section 51--

insert--

'(2) The removal of a trustee from office must be registered.'.

(3) Section 51(3) as renumbered, after 'appoint'--

insert--

', under section 44,'.
