MEDICINES AND POISONS ACT 2019 - SECT 23
Meaning of possess a regulated substance
(1)
"Possess" , a regulated substance, means have custody or control of the
substance.
(2) To remove any doubt, it is declared that a person may possess
a regulated substance jointly with another person. Note— See also
section 29 in relation to the distribution or transfer of regulated
substances in workplaces.
