72 Assessment of suitability using notice of serious disciplinary action
After the notice about the person’s serious disciplinary action is given to
the chief executive, the chief executive must consider, under a directive, the
particulars of any serious disciplinary action taken against the person in
making an assessment about the person’s suitability for the employment in,
or secondment to, the public sector entity.
