63 Replacement of s 72 (External service providers)

Section 72 —
omit, insert—

72 External service providers For schedule 2 of the Act, definition
"external service provider" , paragraph (c), a person or class of persons employed in any of the following entities is declared to be an external service provider for part 5AA of the Act—

(a) CITEC;

(b) Data and Information Services;

(c) Queensland Shared Services;

(d) Smart Service Queensland;

(e) Transformation Projects.
