Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) QTAMA may employ persons as staff as it considers appropriate to perform its functions, including, for example, on a temporary basis to meet temporary circumstances.
(2) The staff are employed under this Act and not the Public Service Act 2008.
(3) To remove any doubt, it is declared that the staff are public officers within the meaning of the Criminal Code.
