RACING INTEGRITY ACT 2016 - SECT 176

176 Power to require reasonable help

(1) The authorised officer may make a requirement (a
"help requirement" ) of an occupier of the place or a person at the place to give the authorised officer reasonable help to exercise a general power, including, for example, to produce a document or to give information.

(2) When making the help requirement, the authorised officer must give the person an offence warning for the requirement.
