70 Insertion of new s 60A

After section 60 —
insert—

60A Entities prescribed—Act, ss 19D and 19E

(1) For section 19D of the Act, definition
"advertising standards entity" , Ad Standards ABN 54 003 179 673 is prescribed.

(2) For section 19E(4) of the Act, definition
"community panel" , the Ad Standards Community Panel is prescribed.
