55 Amendment of s 125 (Procedure for amending, suspending or cancelling licences)

(1) Section 125 (6) (b) —
omit, insert—

(b) that the person may apply for a reconsideration of the decision under section 132; and

(2) Section 125 (6) (c) , ‘ section 131 (1AA) ’—
omit, insert—
section 131(4)
