56 Amendment of s 126 (Immediate amendment or suspension of Queensland driver licence)

(1) Section 126 (3) (b) —
omit, insert—

(b) that the licence holder may apply for a reconsideration of the decision under section 132; and

(2) Section 126 (3) (c) , ‘ section 131 (1AA) ’—
omit, insert—
section 131(4)
