24 Applications to renew accreditations

(1) The holder of an accreditation may apply to the chief executive to renew the accreditation for a stated period of not more than 5 years (a
"renewal application" ).

(2) The renewal application must—

(a) be made in the way prescribed by regulation; and

(b) be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation; and

(c) include or be accompanied by the information prescribed by regulation.
