Queensland Numbered Acts Queensland Numbered Acts(1) A District Court may make an order pending a decision of a proceeding for an enforcement order if the court is satisfied it would be appropriate to make the order.
(2) The court may make the order subject to conditions, including a condition requiring the applicant for the order to give an undertaking to pay damages.
