TRANSPORT OPERATIONS (MARINE SAFETY) REGULATION 2016 - REG 99

99 Who is an administering agency

The
"administering agency" is—

(a) for an authority—the entity who may grant the authority under this regulation; or

(b) for a marine licence—the entity who may grant the marine licence under this regulation; or

(c) for a marine licence indicator—the entity who, under this regulation, may grant the marine licence to which the indicator relates.
