143—Discretion of Chief Executive to consent to transfer
(1) If, under an
interstate law, there is a proposal to transfer a child protection order to
South Australia, the Chief Executive may consent or refuse to consent to the
transfer and the proposed terms of the child protection order to be
transferred.
(2) If, under an
interstate law, there is a proposal to transfer a child protection proceeding
to the Court, the Chief Executive may consent or refuse to consent to the
transfer.
