90—Long-term care plan to be prepared
(1) If, following an
assessment referred to in section 89(3), the Chief Executive is satisfied
that a proposed guardian is suitable to be the guardian of a particular
child or young person, the Chief Executive must cause a
plan (a "long-term care plan") to be prepared in respect of the
child or young person.
(2) A
long-term care plan must contain the information required by the regulations
(and may contain any other information the Chief Executive thinks fit).
