135—Inspection and copies of statements
A defendant is entitled—
(a) at
the time of the person's trial, to inspect, without fee or reward, all
statements taken against the defendant which are in the custody of the court;
and
(b) at
any time before the defendant's trial, to have a copy of all statements taken
against the defendant from the person having the lawful custody thereof, on
payment of such fee as the court or a judge may direct.
