South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) An appeal to the
Court of Appeal, or an application for permission to appeal to the Court of
Appeal under this Act, must be made in accordance with the appropriate rules
of court.
(2) The Court of
Appeal may (either before or after the time allowed by the rules has expired)
extend the time for making such an appeal or application.
