168—Director of Public Prosecutions to be represented
The Director of Public Prosecutions, or counsel on behalf of the Director,
will appear for the Crown on every appeal to the Court of Appeal under this
Act (unless a private prosecutor in the case of a private prosecution
undertakes the defence of the appeal) and provision must be made by rules of
court for the transmission to the Director of all such documents, exhibits and
other things connected with the proceedings as the Director may require for
the purposes of carrying out duties under this section.
