188—Registration of orders for the purpose of enforcement
(1) This section
applies to an order for payment of a fine or other monetary sum made against a
body corporate by a court of summary jurisdiction established under the law of
some other State, or of a Territory of the Commonwealth.
(2)
The Principal Registrar may, subject to the order, register an order to which
this section applies in the Magistrates Court.
(3) Subject to the
rules, proceedings may be taken for the enforcement of an order registered
under this section as if it were an order of the Magistrates Court.
