85ZK—Measures intended to achieve equality

This Part does not render unlawful an act done for the purpose of carrying out a scheme or undertaking intended to ensure that persons of a particular marital or domestic partnership status, persons with caring responsibilities, or persons who are, or who have been, subjected to domestic abuse, have equal opportunities with, respectively, persons of another marital or domestic partnership status, persons without caring responsibilities, or persons who are not, or who have not been, subjected to domestic abuse, in any of the circumstances to which this Part applies.
