A person must not—
(a)
except as contemplated by this Act or without other reasonable excuse, give
any other person the possession or control of an authority that is not in the
name of that other person; or
(b)
except as contemplated by this Act or without other reasonable excuse, have in
his or her possession or control an authority that is not in his or her name;
or
(c) by
words or conduct, falsely represent that he or she is the person named in an
authority.
Maximum penalty: $5 000.
