FISHERIES MANAGEMENT ACT 2007 - SECT 68

68—Issue of duplicate authority

On application by the holder of an authority and payment of the prescribed fee, the Minister may, if satisfied—

            (a)         that the authority has been lost, stolen or destroyed; or

            (b)         that other proper cause exists,

issue to the holder a duplicate authority.
