South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) The Minister must,
within 6 months after the completion of an authorised trial, prepare a report
in relation to the authorised trial.
(2) A report must
contain the information required by the regulations in relation to the
authorised trial to which the report relates.
(3) The Minister must
cause a copy of a report under this section to be laid before both Houses of
Parliament within 12 sitting days after the Minister's receipt of the report.
