South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) A sale agreement
may provide that instruments identified in the agreement, or to be identified
as provided by the agreement, are to be transferred instruments.
(2) If an instrument
is identified in, or under, a sale agreement as a transferred instrument, the
instrument operates, as from a date specified in the sale agreement, as if
references to the Authority were references to the purchaser.
