South Australian Current Acts South Australian Current Acts (1) On the vesting of
a pipeline in a purchaser, a pipeline licence for the pipeline must be issued
under the Petroleum Act 1940 .
(2) The terms and
conditions of the licence must be—
(a) as
set out in the regulations; or
(b) as
determined by agreement between the relevant Minister and the purchaser.
(3) On the issue of a
pipeline licence to the purchaser, the Authority's licence for the pipeline is
revoked.
