If an interest in land (other than a statutory easement under Part 4) vests in
a purchaser under this Part, and the interest is registrable under the
Real Property Act 1886 , the Registrar-General must, on application by
the Treasurer or the purchaser, register the vesting of the interest in the
purchaser.
