account of absent persons

in satisfaction of an order on proceedings taken against the Registrar-General
as nominal defendant, allow the Registrar-General to sign judgment against
such person forthwith for the amount so paid out of the Assurance Fund,
together with the costs of the application; and such judgment shall be final,
and shall have the effect of a final judgment in an ordinary action, and
execution thereon may issue immediately.
